Northwestern Memorial Hospital and CarePages have teamed up to help you and your family use the web to communicate with friends and relatives while in the hospital.
This free, secure services allows you to create a unique Web page for yourself, family or friends who are hospitalized.
CarePages Help
Your CarePage will help you, family and friends stay in touch before, during and after hospitalization. Once you create your CarePage you can:
- Update everyone at the same time without repeated phone calls
CarePages keep everyone in the loop about your condition. - Receive support from friends and family
Visitors to your CarePage can send you messages of encouragement, giving hope and strength even in the most difficult situations. - Control the flow of information
You share news at a time that’s right for you. Friends and family are automatically emailed when you post a new update. - Keep in touch before, during and after hospitalization
CarePages don’t have an expiration date. Update and maintain your CarePage as long as you want to.

Setting up a CarePage takes less than 10 minutes. To get started:
- Visit www.carepages.com/chicagoland
- Click on “Create” a CarePage
- Register and follow a few simple steps to complete your CarePage
